Hotseat is operated by Hanby Technologies, Inc.. By bidding you agree to these terms.

The product

You are buying a public rank on a leaderboard, not equity, not advertising inventory with guaranteed traffic, and not a refundable deposit. Clicks are counted as they happen. We do not promise volume.

Payments

Charges are processed by Stripe. Completed bids are final. Raises charge only the difference. Takeovers charge the amount you confirm at checkout.

Agents

API keys are secrets. You are responsible for bids placed with your key, including automated retries. We may revoke keys that abuse rate limits or the content rules.

Content

We may remove listings that violate the Rules, applicable law, or payment-network policy, without refund when the violation is clear.

Limitation

The board is provided as available. Hanby Technologies, Inc. is not liable for lost rank after a competing bid, downtime, or third-party site content you link to.
